Bardo and Becky Cavazos
I came to
Cornerstone Church in 1988, got involved in the single s
group and later became a
Home Minister. In May 1990 Becky
and I got married, and I knew in my heart that God had
joined us together, and I know she is my destiny. Becky
had two children, and so did I. So we had what you call
a blended family. We continued to have the Home Ministry
meeting, until things got a little tough with our
children. We had to stop for a while so we could get our
Family in order. Through prayer and counseling provided
by Cornerstone Church the Lord kept us going. We would
refer back to one of Pastor Hagee's preaching, which is,
we accepted the Promise, to go through the Problem, so
we can get to the Provision . Hallelujah we receive the
Promise got through the Problem, and now we are seeing
the Provision. Our children have become a blessing; To
God be the Glory. Only by the grace of God did we
survive through these tough times. We started our Home
Ministry back up in 1993, and it has been a blessing.
By the way they are now called Cell Groups. Becky and I
have taken advantage of almost every class Cornerstone
has offered, Marriage Intimacy, Man of God, Women of
God, Reconciliation, and much more. We are also part of
the Salt Convenant Partners since Pastor Hagee first had
that vision. We are always ready to learn more and
become more profitable for the Kingdom of God. This past
year 2004, we had the privilege of going on a Cruise
with Pastor Hagee's family and other special guests, and
we had the time of our lives. To God be the Glory.
Pastor Hagee has been a blessing to us and we are
blessed to be under his Leadership. It is also a
blessing to have Chuck and Annette Ham as our leaders
for the Asher Tribe. We
declare the victory in the cross and consider everything
we do for God's glory forever.
